About the Role
The Role
As our first marketing hire, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand voice and building our online presence. You will work directly with the founder to manage our social media channels, engage with the AI and cybersecurity communities, and track our growth. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a high-growth startup in one of the most exciting fields in technology.
What You'll Do:
• Manage our social media presence: You will own the content calendar for our LinkedIn and Twitter/X accounts, posting 3-5 times per week on each platform.
• Curate high-quality content: You will find and share the latest news, research, and trends in AI security, establishing AISA as a thought leader in the space.
• Engage with the community: You will respond to comments, messages, and mentions, building relationships with our followers and the broader cybersecurity community.
• Track and report on growth: You will provide a monthly report on key metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and top-performing content.
• Collaborate with the founder: You will work closely with the founder to develop our brand voice, messaging, and content strategy.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a current university student or recent graduate who is passionate about marketing, technology, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent writing skills and a genuine curiosity about the future of AI.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
A genuine interest in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and technology.
Active on LinkedIn and Twitter/X, with a strong understanding of how to use these platforms for professional branding.
A self-starter who can work independently and manage their own time.
(Bonus) Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
(Bonus) A personal blog, portfolio, or social media presence that demonstrates your writing skills and interest in technology.
